To raise money for to make Heal Scotland a reality, Lilia Sinclair is encouraging everyone to join her to dive into Loch Fyne.

A dook is scheduled for Saturday March 2 – with a twist. Lucky dippers will be joined by two instructors to teach how to breathe, explain the healing benefits of breathing, meditation and cold water exposure and of course, jump in.

Lilia said: ‘Cold water swimming is powerful for depression and is a free way to override your parasympathetic nervous system.’

Jumping into Loch Fyne should do wonders then.

The Casa crew and other volunteers will meet at the shore in front of Ardrishaig church at 9am.
