The Three Wee Crows Theatre Company from Taynuilt will be coming to Mid Argyll to showcase a performance of Home Fires Broken Sons.

The performance will be hosted by Mid Argyll Arts Association, and takes place in Ardrishaig Public Hall on Saturday May 19 at 7.30pm.

The show will bring to life what life was like during the First World War in towns and villages in the west of Scotland through theatre, music, poetry and visuals.

The story focuses on an intricate tapestry of tales and domestic life on the home front, many based on actual events drawn from newspaper articles, books and memories.

Admission is £10. For more information, go to maaa.org.uk.
