Chamber music will be celebrated in Mid Argyll later this month.
National Chamber Music Day this year is all about ‘going green’ – with musical performances in parks and community gardens around the country.
The Mid Argyll event is being hosted at Barnluasgan near Tayvallich, in association with Plantlife, on Saturday September 16.
The event includes a walking tour ending with a performance from ‘Them McOpera Trombones’ a trombone quartet of members from the Scottish Opera Orchestra.
National Chamber Music Day is sponsored by Mackie’s of Scotland who will be providing free chocolate to all venues.
The event is free and open to visitors of all ages.
