The Friends of Argyll Papers will visit Ardkinglas House and Kilmorich Church in Cairndow on Saturday Setpember 16.

The group plans to meet at Ardkinglas House at 10am for a tour of the house. Following the tour there will be a history talk at the Stagecoach Inn.

Ardkinglas House was designed by Sir Robert Lorimer for Sir Andrew Noble. Completed in 1907, it incorporates a wealth of state-of-the-art early 20th century technology, from sanitation to electrical lighting and central heating.

After lunch the group will visit Kilmorich Parish Church where Murdo MacDonald will share his knowledge of the church and its history.
