After five hours of competition from 120 athletes, Mid Argyll Athletics Club lifted four titles out of a possible 12 in the club’s annual open sports day.
At Lochgilphead Joint Campus in perfect weather, it was Kintyre athletes who were most successful, winning six out of the 12 age categories, with the Oban area taking two.

AMATEUR photographers across the West Highlands and Islands are being urged to get snapping with Wyvex Media’s Photo of the Year competition.
