THE VILLAGE of Crinan became the playground for more than 50 classic boats last weekend.
Wooden yachts, large and small, sailed and motored through the canal to take part in the second Crinan Classic Boat festival.
The four-day festival began last Thursday with boats racing and competing in various types of sail and motor classes.
As well as the racing, there was also a host of activities to keep the spectators entertained.
Whisky tasting, live music and Ceilidhs made sure everyone had an enjoyable time.
Saturday also proved popular with visitors with the annual, and very successful, Highland Games.
There was also a selection of exhibitors taking part in the festival.
