Bridge House team take top annual sea angling honours

ARDRISHAIG’S Bridge House Hotel may be closed for business but that did not stop its angling section from lifting top honours in the annual Keltic Lady Inter-Pub Sea Angling Championships.
Collecting their trophy at a presentation evening in the Slainte Bar last Thursday night, the Bridge House team and everyone else involved in the competition were delighted to raise a fantastic £400, which will be donated to the Beatson Oncology Unit Care and Comfort Fund.
Anglers representing the Bridge House Hotel, the Slainte Bar, Cairnbaan Hotel and Kilmartin Hotel fished the two-day event on Loch Fyne aboard the Ardrishaig based charter boat, Keltic Lady.
