Inveraray hosts Stars in Your Eyes

INVERARAY showcased its talent recently with a ‘Stars in Your Eyes’ concert to rival anything its television equivalent has to offer.
The performances, held at Inveraray Primary School over two nights, included parents, pupils and community groups covering a bewildering range of material.
Elvis was in the building alongside Judy Garland, the Village People, the Spice Girls and the unusual choice of Crazy Frog – complete with breakdancer.
Amarillo got the crowd going before the break with a lively dance through the crowd by the assembled acts. After the raffle and snacks, a fun second-half performance ended fittingly with ‘Do They Know It’s Christmas?’, the applause and cheering confirming that the crowd were suitably entertained.
