Council asks third sector for help

Argyll and Bute logoA brutal plan to cut back on council services could see community groups and organisations stepping in to the breach. Argyll and Bute council’s amenity services department says that it has made all the savings and cuts that it can possibly make.

Further savings would see roadside verges cut just once a year and three public toilets in Mid Argyll close.
