The Scottish Beaver Trial has announced the arrival of another beaver kit.
Lochan Buic, located in the southern area of the Knapdale Forest Trial site in Argyll,is alive with the sound of beavers busying away and more recently, the pitter patter of baby beaver paws.
Trial field staff made the welcome discovery after reviewing camera footage from the site and spotted the first time parents,Trude and Eoghann, emerge from their lodge with their new born youngster following closely behind.
