A TELEGRAM from the queen arrived in Tarbert in August 2012 as local woman Peggy Mathewson celebrated her 100th birthday.
Peggy,who moved to Tarbert 15 years previously from Kilmacolm,was surrounded by friends and family as she celebrated the special occasion with a birthday party on Friday,August 24.
