THE FUTURE of the Tarbert Parish Church is hanging in the balance after recent repair estimates of £500,000 – and the prospect of more damage.
Reverend Tommy Bryson confirmed to the Argyllshire Advertiser that the church has received less than £90,000 from the insurance company after the roof was badly damaged in a winter storm.
