A FORMER Lochgilphead High School teacher has set up a new life in Peru,helping to promote tourism in deprived areas.
Elizabeth Nimmo took an action-packed holiday in South America and subsequently fell in love with native Peruvian Aly Amaut.
They started the business,Mother Earth Tours,in 2007,which gives travellers an insight into the Andean way of life while working harmoniously to help the environment and promote sustainable tourism.
