ARGYLL’S track record on green waste disposal has fallen foul of a change in what counts as recycling.
For the last two years,Argyll and Bute Council beat government targets by recycling and composting more than 40 per cent of all household rubbish through kerbside collections,bottle and can banks and recycling centres.
But now it has the fifth worst record in Scotland.
