
People from all over Mid Argyll came together on Saturday for Lochgilphead’s sea-themed Lantern Parade,bonfire and fireworks’display. Lanterns of all shapes and sizes made up the parade through the streets,headed by Mid Argyll Pipe Band,with entertainment from Oban’s samba band and fiddle sensation Mairi Voinot at the back playing to crowds from underneath a giant crab lantern.
