A CRUMBLING Inveraray building deemed a possible risk to the public may not be insured,it has emerged.
Royal Burgh residents were told at a meeting last week that the Main Street community hall is structurally in a poor condition and steps must be taken to assure the safety of people and cars in the vicinity.
